High-temperature subsidies

Twenty-eight provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions have made high-temperature subsidies standard this year, China Daily reported. Employees in northern regions such as Tianjin and Gansu are entitled to the subsidy from June to September, while those in Hainan province get the subsidy from April to October. In China, labor authorities are responsible for determining local subsidy standards.

據《中國日報》報道，全國已有28個省、直轄市和自治區制定了今年的高溫補貼標準。天津、甘肅等北方地區的員工在6月到9月期間可獲得高溫補貼，而海南省的員工可在4月到10月期間獲得該補貼。我國各地的人力資源社會保障部門負責為高溫補貼制定標準。

馬上學： 高溫補貼也可以用high temperature allowance來表示。根據有關規定，勞動者在溫度35℃以上的戶外露天作業，或者在溫度33℃以上的而室內工作場所工作時，用人單位應當向勞動者發放高溫津貼。
