考博英語 作文之應用文模板：道歉信

道歉信是指因過失或疏忽做錯了事，給別人帶來了麻煩或損失，發覺后要立即寫信給對方賠禮道歉時寫的信件。道歉是一種禮貌，道歉信要寫得坦率，誠懇。

道歉信通常包括三部分內容：1、表示歉意，道歉的原由;2、出現差錯的原因，提出彌補措施;3、請求原諒。語言要誠摯，解釋的理由要真實。好的道歉信不僅會取得對方的諒解，還會增進彼此的感情。

◆ 寫作“三步曲”：

表示歉意→說明具體原因、提出補救辦法→再次致歉，希望得到理解。

注意：

理由要盡量合理，違反生活常識將導致扣分;盡量提供一個合適的補救辦法，使行文更加順暢。
