辭職信寫作“三步走”：

提出辭職→說明原因，表示遺憾或者感謝→期待回復

注意：

語氣一定要誠懇，尤其是要表達遺憾的心情，同時對于原雇主曾給自己這份工作機會表達感激之情。

具體如下：

一、信函寫作：稱呼、正文、落款

1、審題—-判斷是個人書信&事務公函

決定：

語域使用：正式：使用禮貌表達，不用縮略語(對公)

半正式：可以使用縮略和口語表達(對私)

非正式：(一般不考)——It depends

呼語： 特定的寫信對象：Dear XX

不明確收信人：Dear Sir/Madam, or To Whom It May Concern

2、正文

三段(8句)：寫作目的段、細化段、感謝或者期待。

3、各種信函內容安排

A.基本結構和常用句型

Dear…,

寫信目的表明要辭職;

給出辭職原因(興趣，專業，性格);

感謝栽培并表示抱歉。

◆ 辭職信框架

Dear XX,

I am writing this letter to apologize that I will quit the position as …(職位) for the reason of myself.

So I am awfully sorry to tell you my decision to quit. Thank you very much for offering the opportunity to with an outstanding staff here. Please accept my apology.

參考 范文：

Directions: You have worked in a Non-Governmental Organization for several years, but now you need to quit the job because you are moving to another city with your family. Write a letter to your boss Mr. Smith to tell him your decision and the reason, and our appreciation for the work experience in this agency.

1.You should write about 100 words on ANSWER SHEET

2.Do not sign your own name at the end of the letter. Use “Wang Hua” instead. Do not write the address.

Dear Mr. Smith,

I am sorry to inform you by this letter that I plan to resign my present job in the next month. The main reason is that I will move to Qingdao to live permanently with my family, as Qingdao is my hometown.
